ওয়ার্ডপ্রেস হচ্ছে একটা কন্টেন্ট ম্যানেজমেন্ট সিস্টেম বা CMS। WordPress সম্পর্কে জানার আগে প্রথম আমাদের যে বিষয় দুটি সম্পর্কে জানতে হবে সেটা হল ১/ স্ট্যাটিক ওয়েবসাইট ২/ ডায়নামিক ওয়েবসাইট।
স্ট্যাটিক ওয়েবসাইটঃ স্ট্যাটিক ওয়েবসাইট টা হল, যে ওয়েবসাইট আপনারা HTML বা CSS দিয়ে তৈরি করেছেন। এটার মধ্যে শুধু আছে আউটপুটটি। HTML এর মূল কাজটা হচ্ছে পূর্বরূপ
দেখানো। সুতরাং স্ট্যাটিক ওয়েবসাইটে শুধু পূর্বরূপটা আছে যেখানে ব্যবহারকারীর জন্য কোন প্যানেল নাই। অতএব সে চাইলেও কোন কিছু পরিবর্তন করতে পারবে না। যদি কোন ছবি পরিবর্তন করতে হয় বা লেখা পরিবর্তন করতে হয় তাহলে তাকে অবশ্যই আপনার সরণাপন্য হতে হবে। আর আপনাকে যা করতে হবে তা হল পুর জিনিসটা যেভাবে কোডে করেছেন ঐ ভাবে কোডে নিয়ে এসে তারপর পরিবর্তন করতে হবে। এটা অবশ্যই গ্রহণযোগ্য পলিসি না।
কিন্তু প্রাইমারী স্টেজে আপনারা ডিজাইনিং শেষ করেছেন কিন্তু অধিকাংশ ক্ষেত্রে অর্থাৎ প্রায় ৯০% ক্ষেত্রেই ক্লাইন্টের চাহিদা থাকে ডায়নামিক ওয়েবসাইট, স্ট্যাটিক ওয়েবসাইট ওয়েবসাইটের যে একদম চাহিদা নাই এমনটা নয়। স্ট্যাটিক ওয়েবসাইট কোন কোন ক্ষেত্রে প্রচলিত, ধরেন একটা ওয়েবসাইট আমাদের একটা সংস্থা আছে, এই সংস্থার নাম, কয়েকটা বাণি আর অল্প কিছু ছবি থাকবে এবং এই জিনিস ৬ মাসেও পরিবর্তন হবে না। সেক্ষেত্রে এটা স্ট্যাটিক ওয়েবসাইট দেয়া যেতে পারে। ধরেন ৩ মাসে বা ৬ মাসে কোন প্রোগ্রাম হবে র গ্যালারীতে কিছু ছবি অ্যাড হবে বা একটা নটিশ অ্যাড হবে এক্ষেত্রে আপনি চাইলে স্ট্যাটিক ওয়েবসাইট ডেলিভারি দিতে পারেন এতে করে আপনার সাথে কমিউনিকেশন থাকল আর আপনি ছোট খাত মোডিফিকেশন গুলো করে দিলেন। কিন্তু আল্টিমেটলি যখন ক্লাইন্টের রেগুলার কোন ওয়েবসাইট আপডেট হবে, একটা নতুন পোস্ট দিবে, কোন ছবি পরিবর্তন করবে, কোন লেখা পরিবর্তন করবে, এই জিনিসগুলোর জন্য অবশ্যই ওয়েবসাইট ডায়নামিক হতে হবে।
ডায়নামিক হচ্ছে ইউজার এর জন্য প্যানেল থাকবে, ইউজার ঐ প্যানেল থেকে লগ ইন করে, সাধারনত আমরা যেভাবে অন্যান্য ওয়েবসাইট বা ফেসবুকের একাউন্টে ঢুকে আপনার নামটা আইডির ভিতর সব জায়গায় পরিবর্তন হয়ে যায় ঠিক তেমনি ঐ রকম একটা প্যানেল থাকবে যেখানে ইউজার লগ ইন করে নাম থেকে শুরু করে প্রত্যেকটা লেখার যেকোনো কিছু সে ব্যাকেন্ডে পরিবর্তন করলে ফ্রন্টএন্ডে যে লেখা গুলো বা কন্টেন্ট গুলো আছে তা পরিবর্তন হয়ে যায়। ইউজার প্যানেল তৈরি করতে হলে ওয়েবসাইটটা ডায়নামিক হতে হবে।
ডায়নামিক ওয়েবসাইটের অনেকগুলো ধরন আছে আর অনেক ভাবে করা যায়। PHP দিয়ে করা যায়, LARAVEL দিয়ে করা যায়। codeigniter, laravel, dgango এগুলো হচ্ছে ফ্রেমওয়ার্ক , PHP এর ফ্রেমওয়ার্ক আর CMS দিয়ে করা যায় বা wordpress দিয়ে তৈরি করা যায়। আমরা যদি ই-কমার্স সাইট করতে চাই তাহলে Shopify, Zencart, opencart এরকম অনেকগুলো CMS আছে যেগুলো দিয়ে আমরা আমাদের ওয়েবসাইটকে ডায়নামিক করতে পারি। তো wordpress টা হচ্ছে বর্তমানে সবচেয়ে জনপ্রিয় একটি CMS সারাবিশ্বে যতগুলো ওয়েবসাইট তৈরি করা হয়েছে তার বেশিরভাগ ক্ষেত্রে WordPress ব্যবহার করা হয়েছে।
এখন আমরা যে কাজটি করব, WordPress এর ব্যাসিক জিনিসগুলো শিখবো। যেমনঃ WordPress কিভাবে ইন্সটল করতে হয়, কি কি সেটিংস আছে, পোস্ট কিভাবে করতে হয়, পেইজ কিভাবে তৈরি করতে হয়, ম্যেইনু কিভাবে সেটআপ করতে হয়, তারপরও ছোট খাট সেটিংস যা যা আছে সেগুলো নিয়েই তৈরি বেসিক WordPress কোর্স। বেসিক WordPress এর পর থাকবে থিম ডেভলপমেন্ট। বেসিক কোর্সে আমরা রেডি একটা থিম দিয়ে কাজ করব আর থিম ডেভলপমেন্টে যেয়ে আপনারা HTML, CSS দিয়ে যে থিম তৈরিগুলোকে তৈরি করেছেন ঐ থিমটাকেই ডায়নামিক করে নিয়ে আশা। এটা অনেক এডভান্স পার্ট এটার জন্য কিছুটা কোডিং জানতে হবে। এটার জন্য বেসিক কিছু PHP কোডিং জানতে হবে। সেটা এই কোর্সেই আপনারা শিখতে পারবেন। WordPress এর দুইভাবে কাজ করা আপনারা এখানে শিখতে পারবেন। কম্পিউটারকে সার্ভার বানিয়ে কিভাবে WordPress ইন্সটল করা যায়, আরেকটা ডাইরেক্ট সার্ভার বা ক্লাউডস যে সার্ভার আছে ঐ সার্ভারে ইন্সটল করে সরাসরি একটা ডোমেইন ওয়েবসাইট হোস্টিং এর আন্ডারে হোস্ট করে দেখানো হবে। সুতরাং দুইটা পদ্ধতিই আপনাদের জানা থাকবে। এটার জন্য যে টুলসগুলো আছে সেগুলো সম্পর্কে আপনারা জানতে পারবেন আর এখান থেকে নিতেও পারবেন। অনুশিলনের জন্য আপনারা আপনাদের কম্পিউটারকে সার্ভার বানিয়ে লকাল হোস্টিং ব্যবহার করে অনুশীলন করতে পারবেন আর অনলাইন লাইভে অনুলিশন করতে চাইলে সেক্ষেত্রে একটা ডোমেইন কিনে নিতে হবে। এক্ষেত্রে আপনারা আমাদের সাথে যোগাযোগ করলে খুব ভালো স্পীডের ডোমেইন আমরা আপনাদের দিতে পারব।
